Welcome Gala Dinner

Sunday 6pm

Say “Bula ” to your fellow attendees while enjoying superb Fijian cuisine and hospitality as we all settle in, get to know each other, and kick off a fantastic week together.

Breakfast at Bazaar

6:30 - 9am (Mon - Sat)

Start your day off right at Sofitel’s Bazaar Kitchen and Bar (this breakfast does not disappoint). Alternatively, get your steps up at the resort’s gym, pool, and wellness amenities before joining us for the speakers’ sessions.

Session One

9:30am - 12pm (Mon - Fri)

Session One is a relaxed but no less valuable two and a half hour session with our engaging guest speakers as we learn together and enjoy a complimentary morning tea.

Session Two

1pm - 3pm (Mon - Fri)

After a delicious lunch, (also included) come for the second and final of the day’s sessions with our guest speakers talking on a range of exciting contemporary topics, relevant to the modern accountant.

Post Conference

3pm Onwards

This time is your own. Have the afternoon to yourself to walk along the beaches, play a round of golf, swim, read, cocktail, or get a massage.

Truly, relax and unwind and enjoy yourself.

6pm Onwards

The hotel has several restaurants for you to choose from for dinner, or you can venture out and explore authentic local restaurants too.

The Sofitel Fiji occupies an enviable beachfront position on Denarau Island. With an exclusive, adults only Beach Club, lagoon-style pool, and serene ambiance, this is the perfect destination to relax.

Five restaurants serve cuisines inspired by local and seasonal ingredients from Fiji, France and the Far East, as well as 2 bars offering quiet havens to unwind. 

Alongside the resort’s wellness amenities and gym, the Spa offers treatments for all, including the humble accountant, ensuring you can relax and unwind.

All rooms showcase minimalist elegance with a Pacific flair, grounding you in the beautiful island destination, and only a short walk from our conference meeting room.

Conference participants can select to attend the conference only and arrange accommodation, transport, and additional services separately.

Directions

Fiji is a short flight from Australia, with direct links from most airports.
The Sofitel Resort Fiji is only a 25 minute transfer from the Nadi International airport.

  • Conference only - $4,400

    Conference and accommodation package - $6,600

    Coming soon: Stand-up paddle boarding ethics - $1,100

    (All pricing is inclusive of GST).

  • As always, there’ll be an early bird discount. This applies if full payment or the deposit is paid before this date.

    Check back in closer to the date.

  • We’ll be taking bookings closer to the date for this.

    If you select the conference and accommodation package, once full payment is made, our team will take care of all the hotel bookings.

  • We take care of all conference and accommodation logistics. All you need to do is arrange flights, airport transfers, and travel insurance.

    For all conference attendees, refreshments and lunch will be provided. Guests staying at the Sofitel also have breakfast included in their accommodation package.

    The accommodation package includes the King Standard room, which accommodates two people and includes breakfast, meaning no extra cost for those travelling with another person.

    Should you wish to upgrade to a different room, or arrange a family suite to bring your kids, we can arrange this for you.

  • We’ll put together a broad range of speakers to talk us through topics on the past, present and into the future. Things like AI in Accounting, Carbon Accounting, some scandals, communication and soft skills, and a few technical updates.

    In addition to the conference itself, attendees will have access to our library of contemporary podcast interviews with various leaders in their fields so you can be up to date and entertained.
